3rd Strike!

Forgive me for not updating...my computer is on the fritz, and I am limited on when someone can stay with Brian so I can come over to use Jacob's computer at Dad's. I already felt like I was cut off completely from the rest of the world, and now without Internet...whew! I don't have any outside contact. It has been just peachy. Steve is over doing Brian's physical therapy, so I'll have to make this quick.

Well, Tye has been home with us yesterday and today. He has all the symptoms Rachel did with strep, and keeps pointing at his throat and saying his neck hurts! They called in a z-pack for him too. His temp has been normal all day, but wasn't yesterday evening, so I thought another day home would be good.

This of course means that Brian and I did not go to St. Joe on Monday as planned. We must be jinxed because we can't seem to get away for a so-called date for anything. We're hoping to go sometime this week, just spur of the moment, and have lunch at Carlos O'Kelly's!

Brian is doing well. His pain is under control, which makes him feel so much better overall. He continues to really struggle, we both do, with the reality of this situation. We keep praying for that miracle, and I'll never stop believing that God will heal Brian here on earth.
