Prayers Needed and a Laugh of Faith

I ask your prayers tonight for my cyber friend, Gregory...fake cheek Gregory, the one who was selling advertising on eBay.

In a matter of days, his prognosis has turned from wide brain radiation to control a few brain mets, to hoping for 6 mos., to now hoping he will still be here next week. Scans today showed 20+ mets on the brain, and he found out a few days ago about a large mass on the brain stem, lung, liver...it is growing like wildfire and the have exhausted most of their options. He has always had quite a fire in him, and I know he won't go down without a fight. I don't really know what to ask you to pray for, but I am praying that God hold him in the palm of his hand.

I also ask for prayers for a friend's sister-in-law, also diagnosed with melanoma. Her disease recurred in early summer and has advanced significantly over the summer.

Now for my funny of the night...

We were at the other house, getting things ready for the garage sale. Zeke was playing with Tye, and I heard Tye say...

That is God, his arms are like that because He gave my dad a hug.

I looked over and he had ahold of an old crucifix. I started to say something, but then I wasn't sure what to really say, and figured Tye was basically right.
