The beast made the front page of the Maryville paper today. I felt a chill run down my spine, to think of this man, having survived melanoma for so many years. It was a funny feeling. I find myself feeling hatred and contempt for the disease, and when I hear of a survivor, I just want to laugh in melanoma's face and say...HA! WE CAN BEAT THIS DISEASE! Please take time to read, as Mr. Buckridge pointed out how he was diagnosed and his advice on being safe in the sun.
