I was mistaken about the trampoline identification...what looked like the net in the neighbors' front yard was actually our trampoline and net in a big jumbled mess, minus the leg braces. There were actually 3 trampolines total! And I'm not so sure that our trampoline hit our house, not that it really matters.
Also, the neighbors' overhang that ripped off (it was long-angled) flew over his house and hit the neighbor's house behind him and crashed through the roof of their kitchen. It was a fairly large, flat structure, which might be what I saw in the lightning. Then it traveled over that house and landed on top of their new vehicle. Super.
Again, material things.
And just now I was gathering some of Tye's laundry when I realized that the gash in the side of the house actually broke through the sheet rock of his room. Still not a huge deal in the big scheme of things. It measures about 18-20 inches wide and as you can see, it is right along where the wall and ceiling meet. It looks like there might be a little damage to the ceiling too. I still can't believe the child slept right through it!

Angel Daddy Brian was on duty still protecting his beloved family. You have amazing strength and faith. Hang in there and know that your love saw you through another crisis with God's help and Brian's strength.
