Jenni and family,
My heart goes out to all of you. I wish I had some magic words that could take the pain away and make you feel better, but there are none. Brian fought a tough battle and was blessed to have you by his side. Be comforted by all your wonderful memories. You are in my prayers.

I'm so sorry, Jenni. I've been reading your blog for a few months now and I don't really know what to say.
I remember Michael was excited at the beginning of the school year because he thought Brian would be teaching him this year eventually.
You'll all be in our prayers.
Tom, Melissa, Michael, and Julia Spencer
Jenni, Steve and I have been out of town since Thurs so we just got the news of Brian's death. We are praying for you and the children. There are no words to express adequately. But know we love you and hold you closely. Love, Katy
Words are at times so empty. They fail to really express our deepest thoughts. But so many times words are all that we have...
Our hearts are heavy right now for your loss. Yet we know that Brian is now healthy and pain free in heaven.
Coach Halley meant so much to Dannen and Dakota. He touched their lives as well as so many other young lives at MMS. He will never be forgotten.
We will continue to pray for Brian's family as they continue this big journey called life, but with a new direction.
May God Bless and Protect the Halley Family,
The Merrill Family
