Brian with Todd, Trace, and Tye.
Brian needed to be named Troy or Trent or Tad or something!
Brian enjoyed several visitors over the weekend. This allowed me to run around and be gone from the house. I miss Brian terribly when I'm gone from him, when I'm used to being with him 24/7. I'm not worried about him being taken care of, I just hate even one minute without him. I guess maybe it is because I know the time will come that there will be no more minutes, and I want as much as I can get now.
Brian's been feeling pretty good lately. He is awake mostly. His leg is still just plain rotten, but no worse than it has been for the past month. We are gearing up for the start of the birthday run, with Tye's on Saturday. I feel so blessed to have Brian with us still, and feeling decent, even though I know he is worn out.
There are lots of people who need our prayers. Please pray for my friend Teak's aunt who was just diagnosed with multiple myeloma; for Brad, a lost melanoma warrior; for Kathy's continued recovery; for young Ethan; and for so many others in the fight of their lives.
Many blessings for a week worth remembering and cherishing,
Jenni
