Lots of quick updates this morning...
The benefit in Unionville is this Saturday. It is an live auction, and they tell me there are lots of amazing and beautiful items that have been donated by so many! We are planning to be there!
The dodgeball tournament on Oct. 27th has busted wide open. There are 61 teams total! Wow! There are some people out there who are really wanting to take out some aggression! I also will warn you that dodgeball really wears out a bunch of active middleschoolers, so if you are out of shape, beware! Get extra sleep, stretch, meditate, do whatever, because this is sure to be a wild time!
Brian continues to recoup at home. He will start physical therapy this Friday. The flight plans are set for next week, and Brian's brother will be going with us to Chicago. It will be a fast trip, leaving on the 25th and back on the 26th. We are so blessed to have the connection with Melanoma Intl., who made all the travel arrangements, and to Air Tran for sending us. I have made connection with the Melanoma Support and Education Foundation in the Chicago area, and they are wanting to help us with a place to stay. Thanks to Bill and Bonnie Ingels for the use of a rental car.
We continue to be blessed by the love of so many. We pray for you all for good health and happiness.

Sorry I won't be able to make the benefit in Unionville. I am scheduled to do the volleyball scorebook at a conference tournament held at the college where I work.
My parents or someone in the Guffey family is going to take some homemade molasses for the auction.
Have a good time.
